How to add our Google Group to your testing track
This is the one setup step we need from you before testing can begin. It takes about two minutes.
- Open your app in the Google Play Console.
- Go to Testing → Closed testing and open (or create) your testing track.
- Under Testers, choose the Google Groups tab — not "Email lists".
- Add this group:
testers-kritvara@googlegroups.com
- Under Countries/regions, select All countries so our testers (across regions) can join.
- Click Save, then Send changes for review if prompted, and make sure the track shows as Published.
- Copy your track's opt-in URL (the public join link) — you'll paste this when you submit your app.
That's it. Once you've added the group and published the track, come back and submit your app.

Common questions
How many testers does Google Play require?
At least 12 testers opted in for 14 consecutive days before a new personal developer account can apply for production access. Our Starter plan supplies 14 testers — a small buffer above Google's minimum.
How fast do testers start?
Testing starts within 24 hours of your payment being verified and your opt-in link being ready.
Are these real testers on real devices?
Yes. Real Android devices with genuine Google accounts — which is what Google's requirement checks for.
Do you guarantee production access?
We guarantee our process: 14 continuous days of tester engagement, or a full refund. Google's final decision is theirs to make — but we guarantee the work that leads up to it.
What do I need to provide?
Your app name, your Play Console closed-testing opt-in URL, and — if your app needs a login — a test account so testers can get in.
How do I pay, and how is it confirmed?
Pay via the UPI link shown on your submission page, adding your account email in the payment note. Then tap "I've paid" and we verify and start testing — usually within a few hours.
Can I submit more than one app?
Yes — each app needs its own credit. You can submit and pay per app, or buy credits in advance from your dashboard and use them whenever you submit.
What if my payment isn't confirmed quickly?
Verification is manual and usually takes a few hours. If it's been longer, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your UTR/reference number and we'll check right away.
