Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KritVara's website and Google Play closed-testing service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service we provide

KritVara provides real human testers who opt in to your Google Play closed testing track and use your app across the testing period, to help you meet Google Play's closed-testing requirement (currently at least 12 testers opted in for 14 consecutive days for new personal developer accounts).

2. What we do not guarantee

Google makes the final decision on production access, not KritVara. We run a professional testing process designed to meet Google Play's requirements and support you through the production-access review, but we cannot and do not guarantee that Google will approve your app for production. Approval depends on factors including your app's compliance with Google Play policies, which are outside our control.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to submit the app you send for testing.
• Your app must comply with all Google Play policies and applicable laws. We do not test apps that are illegal, malicious, infringing, or that violate Google Play policy.
• You must correctly set up your closed testing track and provide a valid opt-in link, and complete any Google Play steps that only you can perform (such as releasing updates and submitting for production).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and any test credentials you provide.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Credits and payment

• The Service is sold as one-time credits per app. Each credit covers one app through one testing cycle on the plan you select (Starter or Pro).
• Prices are shown on the site and are in Indian Rupees. Payment is processed by Razorpay.
• A credit is consumed when you queue an app for testing.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Testing process and timing

We aim to begin testing within 24 hours of payment and a valid testing link being provided, and to run the full testing cycle. Timelines can be affected by factors such as an invalid link, an app that testers cannot access, or delays on your side. Meeting Google's requirement also depends on you completing the steps that only you can do.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to test apps that contain malware, facilitate illegal activity, infringe intellectual property, or breach Google Play policies. We may refuse or stop testing any app that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, and may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

8. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your app. You grant us and our testers a limited licence to access and use your app solely to provide the testing service. The KritVara name, site, and content remain our property.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KritVara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific app to which the claim relates.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the Service will result in Google Play production approval, which remains at Google's sole discretion.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, shall have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
