This Privacy Policy explains how KritVara ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our website and our Google Play closed-testing service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

KritVara is an Android app testing and engineering service based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@kritvara.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the Service:

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register.
• App submission details — the app name, your Google Play closed-testing link, an optional app icon, and any test credentials or notes you choose to provide so our testers can access your app.
• Payment information — when you buy credits, payment is processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. We receive a record of the transaction (amount, plan, status, and a Razorpay reference ID). We do not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials — those are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Technical information — basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to keep the Service secure and running.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and show you your dashboard.
• To carry out the testing service you request — assigning testers and tracking progress.
• To process payments and maintain your credit balance and payment history.
• To send you service emails (account confirmation, submission updates, password resets). These are transactional, not marketing.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To protect the Service against fraud and abuse.

4. Test credentials you share

If your app requires a login, you may share a test account with us. Please share only dedicated test credentials, never real user or production credentials. We use them solely to test your app and treat them as confidential.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With Razorpay, to process your payments.
• With our testers, limited to what they need to test your app (app link, icon, and any test credentials you provide).
• With service providers that host our infrastructure and send our email, bound to keep it confidential.
• Where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and submission data for as long as your account is active, and payment records for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us.

7. Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt). The Service runs over HTTPS. Payment card data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Your rights

You can access and update your name and password from your account settings, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting hello@kritvara.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

10. Children

The Service is intended for app developers and is not directed at anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
